Honourable Support is run by Ben, Tristan and Logan. We help NDIS participants in Brisbane and surrounding areas find independent support workers matched to their needs, routines, interests and preferences. Our approach is personal: we listen first, explain the next step clearly and remain available when a participant, family member, coordinator or worker needs help.

Support workers

Independent work, offered, not assigned.

Honourable Support connects participants with suitable independent subcontractors and administers the arrangement, including bookings, records, invoicing and payments. You choose whether each offered participant or shift is right for your business and supply only the supports you accept directly to that participant.

Every opportunity can be accepted or declined without penalty.
There are no guaranteed or compulsory hours.
You can work with other businesses and find your own work too.
Your agreed worker rate is private and Honourable Support manages participant billing separately.
Invited and approved workers use the secure steps below.

You are never locked into a worker who is not the right fit. We will listen and help find a more suitable match.
