Who we are

Support should feel like a genuine human connection.

Honourable Support is owned by Tristan, Logan and Ben. Together, we bring more than 15 years of experience in this area of work.

Why we created Honourable Support

We have seen how difficult it can be for participants and families to find dependable support that feels comfortable and personal. Honourable Support was created to bring honourable independent workers together with participants who deserve someone they can trust.

For participants and families, that means listening carefully to who you are, what matters to you and what kind of person may fit naturally into your life.

For support workers, it means learning where they shine, who they connect with and what kind of work gives them purpose.

“We want every human being we work with to feel seen, understood and deeply valued.”The heart of Honourable Support

Ben, a director of Honourable Support

Director

Ben

Ben brings business and support work experience, along with a deep belief that every person deserves support that genuinely fits their life.

I’ve been running businesses in Australia for the past five years, including a cleaning business that works mainly with NDIS participants. I’ve also worked as a support worker, and I have genuinely enjoyed getting to know people within the NDIS community.

One of my favourite parts of the cleaning business is simply spending time with our participants and getting to know them. When you visit someone’s home regularly for years, you naturally build a real relationship. You learn about their life, their interests and the things that matter to them. I genuinely love that part of the job.

Working closely with participants has shown me how important it is to find someone who is not only reliable and qualified, but who genuinely suits you as a person. Everybody has different needs, interests, passions and dreams. The right support worker should understand that and help you live the life you want.

That is a big part of why we created Honourable Support. We want to make finding support easier and more personal. We want participants to be treated like real people, while also supporting good independent support workers who genuinely care about the work they do.

I spent most of my adult life in Thailand after moving there when I was 17, before returning to Australia five years ago. I speak fluent Thai, and during my time there I was involved in helping people through schools, prisons and different parts of the community. Those experiences taught me a lot about people and showed me how much of a difference genuine support can make in someone’s life.

Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father of two teenagers. My family is a huge part of my life. I also love working with my hands, going to the gym and finding ways to build and create things.

I believe everyone deserves the chance to discover what they want from life and to have the right people beside them to help make it possible. That is what Honourable Support means to me, and I’m proud to be building it with two good friends.

Tristan, a director of Honourable Support

Director

Tristan

Tristan brings five years of NDIS experience, a strong work ethic and a commitment to doing what he says he will do.

I’ve spent the past five years working in the NDIS space, and throughout that time the part I’ve enjoyed most has always been simple: making a genuine difference in people’s lives.

Before starting Honourable Support, I also spent two years running my own coffee truck business. It taught me a lot about hard work, building relationships and what it means to stand behind the service you provide.

Through my time in the NDIS, I’ve seen just how important the right support worker can be. I know I can be someone who connects the right workers with the right participants, helps fill the gaps and makes sure people receive the quality support they deserve.

One thing that means a lot to me is my word. If I give it, I do everything I can to keep it. I want to be proud of the work we do, the people we bring into our team and the support we provide.

Outside of work, I’m a massive footy fan, especially the Dolphins, and I love getting away camping and spending time with my children.

Honourable Support is our next dream, and I’m lucky enough to be building it alongside two great friends. We want to create something we can genuinely be proud of, a company built around good people, strong values and support that actually makes a difference. This is only the beginning.

Logan, a director of Honourable Support

Director

Logan

Logan brings four years of support work experience and a passion for creating better, more reliable matches between people.

I was a head chef and ran a small business as a personal trainer before moving into support work. I’ve now worked in the industry for four years, spending time with participants and seeing how many people struggle to find reliable workers who match what they actually want.

That is what Honourable Support is all about, and I’m genuinely honoured to be starting this dream with two friends. We want to bridge the gap and create a smoother, more personal experience for independent workers and participants alike.

I’m a proud dad, and my little man is my whole world. I look forward to telling him that his dad helps people and is building a business he can be proud of.

I’m also writing my second fantasy book. Maybe one day I’ll finish it, but George R. R. Martin hasn’t finished his either. Fitness is still a big part of my life, but I’m a nerd at heart. I love Star Wars, Harry Potter, superheroes, gaming and reading.

I’m one of those people who enjoys a bit of everything. I love nature, walking, travelling and the beach. I want Honourable Support to bring that same openness to matching people, looking beyond a vacant shift to understand who might genuinely connect.

The way we work

Three promises that guide every decision.

We listen before we suggest

Your choices, communication and comfort come before filling a vacancy.

We match people carefully

Experience matters, and so do reliability, warmth, interests and whether the connection feels natural.

We keep our word

We communicate honestly, take responsibility and tell you early if something needs to change.

For participants

Your choice continues after support begins.

You can raise a question, request a change or tell us if a match is not working. Speaking up will not reduce the respect or effort we give you.

For independent workers
