Your privacy
We treat personal information as confidential. We collect what is needed for your enquiry, application or agreed services, and limit access and sharing to the relevant purpose. We do not sell personal information.
Our privacy policy explains matching, worker documents, assigned support, authorised contacts, invoices, storage services and lawful exceptions.
Read how we handle your informationYour choice and control
You can tell us what matters to you, your preferred worker, communication needs and what support you want. You can ask questions before agreeing, request an explanation and discuss changes. We will explain what can be arranged safely and within the relevant agreement and funding rules.
You may involve an advocate, family member or authorised representative. We check their authority before giving them private records. You can review your consent choices and tell us when those choices change.
Seeing or correcting your information
Ask what information we hold about you or tell us if something is wrong. We verify identity and authority first. You can also ask about deleting information or limiting future sharing. We explain any records we must retain and any limits that apply.
Ask about your informationFeedback, concerns and complaints
Tell us in your own words. You can raise a concern about support, communication, privacy, administration or someone connected with Honourable Support. You should be treated respectfully for speaking up, and you may ask someone you trust to help you.
Our form creates a private administrator task with a reference so the concern can be followed up. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two business days. We explain the next steps and any information needed.
Give feedback or make a complaintIndependent help
You can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission about concerns involving NDIS supports. For privacy concerns, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner explains how to complain, including first raising the issue with the organisation. You can seek advocacy or independent advice.

Your private application is used for review and arranging suitable work. You can ask us to correct your details or explain who can see a profile or particular document. Sharing a profile for matching and agreeing to publicity are separate choices. Your own agreement explains confidentiality and records responsibilities.
